The idea
Project-management tools are either too heavy — enterprise suites nobody enjoys — or too light, a shared checklist. TaskFlow is a demo of the middle: the core PM surface (calendar, tasks, time tracking, team chat, documents, reporting) as one clean product, with a simple pricing ladder.
How I approached it
I used this to see how far AI could take a full multi-feature SaaS build fast: the marketing site, the feature set, the pricing tiers, and the app shell. My job was the product calls — which features are core versus noise, how the plans should ladder, and what a first session should feel like.
What's there
A working demo at the live site: a landing page, a feature breakdown (intuitive dashboard, advanced calendar, team collaboration, time tracking, chat & comments, document management, analytics), and Advanced Professional / Enterprise pricing tiers.
What I'd do next
Pick one wedge — time tracking, or team chat — and build it deep enough to use daily, instead of shipping the whole surface shallow.
